Any IT hardware, CCTV camera, or biometric unit found defective upon delivery or installation will be tested and replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Cancellations for system integration contracts must be submitted in writing prior to hardware dispatch or physical site wiring. Completed installation labor charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds for returned equipment or cancelled orders will be processed via original bank transfer methods within 7-10 business days.
